Jacqueline Altice, Practice Administrator
As Practice Administrator Ms. Altice oversees all administrative functions in the practice, including managing daily receipts and accounts payable, payroll and benefits, insurance liaison and contracting, provider credentialing and maintaining the general well being of the practice by working closely with the operations, human resources, and billing managers to ensure an efficient, well-organized practice. Claudia Thayer, Operations Manager

Joshua Sinins, Human Resources Director
Joshua has been with the practice since 2009 and has a Business Management degree from York College of PA. As Human Resources Director, Josh oversees all human resource functions of the practice, helping office managers communicate and understand the issues or concerns of patients and employees. Megan Colon, Billing Manager
Megan Colon has been with the practice since 2007, she has a Business Management degree from Loras College. As Billing Manager, Mrs. Colon oversees all billing functions of the practice. Samantha Yates, Surgical Coordinator
Samantha Yates, has been with the practice since 2008; Samantha oversees all surgical postings and inquiries. She also deals with checking benefits for surgical procedures and the communication of these benefits to the patients. Shannon Kloman, Registered Nurse
Shannon Kloman is a registered nurse (RN) who has been working for Fairfax OB/GYN for over 10 years. Shannon oversees the Medical Assistant’s and LPN’s of our offices and also answers and manages the nurse’s line.
