Leah Elk is certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner by the NCC. She received her bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and Sociology from James Madision University, a second bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Shenandoah University, and a Masters of Science degree in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University. She has practiced as a registered nurse in both labor and delivery for 5 years at INOVA Fair Oaks Hospital and with Kaiser Permanete OBGYN department for 4 years. Leah has taught prenatal classes for four years.

Leah believes in treating patients with compassion and respect and empowering them to make healthy decisions. She enjoys reading, watching movies, traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.

Leah sees patients at our Gainesville, Woodbridge and Dulles locations.
